Design& Floor PLan

We asked lots of college students what they liked and disliked most about their living situations, and asked how they would design a place if they had a clean slate.

Their feedback became our true-north: private bathrooms in each bedroom, open areas with natural light everywhere, a really long table with a monitor, and a rooftop patio.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA

Commercial-style kitchen, large common tables, tons of natural light, private locked pantries for each resident, plenty of comfortable seating, and a 65” TV.

BEDROOMS & SEMI-PRIVATE STUDY NOOKS

Bathed in natural light from the large, south-facing (that’s from where the sun shines best in our hemisphere!) windows, all rooms are furnished efficiently and have private bathrooms.

ROOFTOP PATIO

Grill your dinner, take a nap, lounge in the sun, or just get some much needed fresh air after (or in the middle of) a long day.
