We are now accepting applications for the ‘26-’27 year. Please note, at this time we have space available in one single room and double rooms only. Monthly rent starts at $1395 per student (double occupancy room) plus utilities. All leases are annual. We have availability beginning July 1, 2026 - please note on your application if interested in summer residency - students with summer residency have priority for the year.
